The toilet hadn't been flushed. The shower wasn't clean. There was dirt on the bathroom floor.

The Hart Hotel was perfect for us. We wanted a relaxing stay while visiting the Thousand Islands for the first time. The proprietor, Jamie, gave us a few recommendations on places to go. Everything he pointed us to was exactly what we needed...and didn't even know it. His recommendations on dining, places to see, things to do and when to do them worked out perfectly. The rooms were quiet. The prepared breakfast was exquisite. The house and property were perfect for getting away from it all. Thanks Jamie. We'll see you again soon. We're sending parents your way too.

The staff was wonderful and the rooms were nice. I stayed an additional night and had to live to another room, no issues with that. I’m a gym rat, so I was disappointed with the Nordictrack treadmill and stationary bike. It should not be called a fitness center. The only other equipment was a pull up bar and one weight that was holdin the door open. Other than this the stays was fine.

Very good stay, food and drinks were very good as well
